Unsubscribe
Enter the email address you signed up with. This stops emails and texts but keeps your sign-up on record, so you stay counted and can be re-added easily if you change your mind.
Delete my information entirely
This is different from unsubscribing: it permanently erases your record — name, address, contact info, and consent history — rather than just stopping future contact. This cannot be undone.
